NOTES & EXTRAS
Milagra comes with a 2016 four-axle Tuff Trailer galvanized trailer haul out trailer with sliding tongue.. Cats are great boats known for their stability, ride comfort, and safety. By their nature, modern catamarans have plenty of buoyancy and exceptional roll inertia. And with the engines farther apart than a single-hulled boat, cats are more maneuverable at low speeds and spin easily, making them ideal for fishing.

INTERIOR
Walk down into Oz and you will see she is well lit and spacious. With bench seating both port and starboard around a large table in the main salon, this area works both as a general dinning area but also doubles as single bunks for guests or children. She has a port mounted galley that includes a stove with oven, sink and small fridge. Aft she has storage areas that can also be converted to day beds. Forward are the head and v-berth that will sleep 2.
ON DECK
Oz has a generous cockpit that has plenty of storage and seating while underway or lounging after a long day of travel. She is equipped with a partial cockpit cover that keeps you out of the elements on a nasty day or shades you from the sun on a hot one. She has ample space both port and starboard to access the sails or to launch the bow mounted dinghy. The cockpit is armed with a kicker bracket to store the dinghy engine, BBQ, and propane tank for the kitchen stove.
ENGINE & MECHANICAL
Oz is powered by a reliable Yanmar 35 HP main engine that runs like a champ. She will push her along nicely around 6-7 knots while only sipping .75 gallons per hour. She has a Danforth anchor attached to 50 feet of chain and 300 feet of line stored in her forward locker. All the sails, winches and standing rigging appears to be in great shape and ready to search for some steady winds.
ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS
This 34' C&C has a small Garmin package that includes GPS, plotter and depth sounder. She has a Apelco VHF and Raymarine auto pilot. There is a 110 shore power system for powering the battery charger, hot water tank and microwave.
NOTES & EXTRAS
Oz is currently in the harbor in Ketchikan and move in ready. She also comes loaded with a fairly new inflatable and Suzuki kicker. If your interested in more information or are interested in viewing Oz, give us a call.

Survey Point is a fine example of a quality built, steel hulled vessel that would serve as an awesome commercial fishing vessel or a recreational vessel without an equal. She was built with the dual purpose of working as a 12 pack uninspected vessel or a high end commercial power troller. She is fueled up and ready for her next adventure.
